Area Sales Manager (ASM) GT - Bengkulu
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Meet and exceed sales, profit target, and product distribution
- Carry out promotional programs and display standardization
- Create a sales report
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the promotion program
- Listing the new product fee
- Monitor operation efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with MD team and distributor salesman
- Listing fee new product
Kualifikasi :
- Candidate must possess at least diploma III or bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3-5 years experiences as an ASM in sales, marketing & distribution in FMCG Industry.
- Preferably experiences in handling all channel (GT, MT, Pharma, and B2B) especially in Bengkulu, Lubuk Linggau, & Lahat area.
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Able to work in a team and dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong leadership skill
- Candidate must able to drive a car and have SIM A.
- Ready to work with distributors and other third parties.
- Able to use Microsoft Office program (Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, Etc)
- Must be willing to base in Bengkulu.
