- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Architecture or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Property Management or related field is required for this position
- Possess good interpersonal, communication (Bahasa and English) and presentation skill
- Having the ability to work and coordinate with teams
- Having the ability to operate Microsoft Office (word, excel and power point) and The Internet
- Aim to achieve targets
- Having the ability to negotiate
- Hardworking, innovative, creative, loyal and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed out of Jakarta
