Supervisor Maintenance Molding Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Diagnose equipment problems & recommend corrective action
- Identify/perform proactive maintenance tasks
- Proactively seek all required information from maintenance team
- Troubleshoot moulding issues by evaluating the model parts, machine, support equipment and/or raw materials in order to determine problems & optimize process
- Re-store machine deterioration / machine performance
- Preparation of specifications & reports
- Work closely with production, engineering department, materials & quality department in fulfilling manufacturing objective
Kualifikasi :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Passion for delivering sustainable projects
- Excellence interpersonal
- Attention to detail
- Skill and knowledge of creative problem solving, decision making skills and responsibilities in support each employee to simulate safety efforts & commitment
- Ability to read electrical diagram & mechanical drawing
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in TPM
- Ability to troubleshoot & maintain the quality of products
- Knowledge in electrical practice
- Ability to recommend and implement changes in operating procedures that will help to improve the quality, lower cost & increase productivity
